Heiche US is seeking a person who loves logistics to join our dynamic, international team in our new factory in Jasper, AL.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing orders (EDI) and deliveries
- Receive materials, system entry, and accountability
- Shipping materials, system entry, and verification
- Organizing shipments, incl. customs paperwork
- Identify logistical problems and plan appropriate solutions
- Responsible for checking delivery timing & quantity of goods
- Proactive customer feedback for not meeting the deadlines
- Preparation of shipping documents, packaging lists, BOL’s
- Provide ASN & documents to customers
- Scanning all documents (Process cards, signed CDN, BOL, etc.)
- The input of new article/parts
- Submit paperwork to accounting in a timely manner
- Communicate delivery issues to the General Manager and/or disputers to accounting
