Dr. Roxanne Kutzer serves as the Organizational Development and Training Manager of Mercedes-Benz U.S. International (MBUSI) in Vance, Alabama. She and her team support the learning and development of MBUSI’s 4,400+ Team Members, as well as students enrolled in MBUSI’s technical programs to ensure that the workforce is equipped to produce world-class luxury sport utility vehicles, such as the GLE, GLS, GLE Coupe, Mercedes-Maybach GLS and the upcoming all-electric SUV.

Dr. Kutzer joined the Daimler AG family in 2004 as an International Management Trainee, completing projects in the US, Germany and China. Following the trainee program, she moved from the US to Germany and has since held positions in Corporate Strategy, Business Development and International Sales Programs before coming to MBUSI. She holds a PhD in Leadership and Management from Cranfield University in England.

 Dr. Kutzer is a native of Washington, D.C. She lives in Tuscaloosa with her husband, Ingo, and their two children.
