REHAU is seeking an ambitious, experienced Plant Manager for its North American Automotive business operations. Specific responsibilities will include:

Role & Responsibilities

  • Entrepreneurial responsibility for automotive plant
  • Leadership, planning, organising, coordination of personnel, production, quality management, security/safety, energy, competitiveness, maintenance, investment, continuous improvement processes
  • Responsible for plant results, risk management and complying with all legal requirements and duties of the company
  • Oversee cost control and inventory processes
  • Represent the plant/company externally

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business, Master Degree preferred
  • 5+ years experience in a similar function preferred (plant management/operations leadership), ideally in the automotive field
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit including experience managing operations and budgets
  • Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement and project management
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Highly dedicated and achievement-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills at varying levels within the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple environments
